Boundless has always placed co-creation with 15–25 year olds at the core of our work, and since 2016, we’ve had an Advisory Group to ensure that youth voice and perspective are embedded into our decision-making and artistic practice. The Advisory Group is at the heart of everything we do, keeping us in check and on course.
Our Advisors meet with us regularly to share with us what they think about the world, and the work that we create. We have chats big and small, some about things that are happening now and some about things happening in the far off future.
We are super excited to introduce you to our new cohort, joining the Boundless team in Summer 2025. Selected from an open call, the Advisors are:

This is both an advisory and developmental role. Members of the group will:
- Participate in a creative strategy day every three months, paid at London Living Wage. Facilitated by the Boundless team, these sessions will explore current projects, industry trends, and the organisation’s future ambitions.
- Contribute to the development of Boundless’ vision, mission, and values, and how these are communicated externally.
- Support the design and implementation of evaluation and accountability tools to assess and strengthen Boundless’ impact.
- Build a collaborative community of young creatives with diverse skills, experiences, and interests.
- Take part in and lead group activities and initiatives.
- Stay informed on cultural developments in the UK and globally.
- Bring awareness of political, economic, social, and technological changes that should inform Boundless’ artistic direction.
Members will have access to a range of development opportunities, including mentoring, shadowing, and support for their own creative ideas.
