This privacy policy sets out how Boundless Theatre uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By signing up to our mailing list you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy (https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/)  and Terms (https://mailchimp.com/legal/terms/). We make sure that they store the data securely, delete it when they no longer need it and never use it for any other purposes.

We do our upmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated stored securely. Unfortunately the sending of information via the internet is not totally secure and on occasion such information can be intercepted. We cannot guarantee the security of data that you choose to send us electronically, sending such information is entirely at your own risk.

We will never sell or share your personal information with organisations so that they can contact you for any marketing activities. Nor do we sell any information about your web browsing activity.
