The Donmar on Design festival returns, celebrating the art of theatre design and its designers. This year the Donmar will be exploring collaboration – bridging the relationships between design and other essential components of theatre making. How is design received and understood, what does it say about who we are, and who are we designing for?

The 2018 edition will again be curated by Donmar Associate Tom Scutt, and will feature an Open Studio of designers in residence; workshops for schools and young designers; a new series of podcasts with world-class designers; and a programme of in-depth discussions.
We are collaborating with the Donmar for a day focused on Design and Audience, including a workshop for designers and young adults and a panel conversation. For more information follow the link to the Donmar’s website.
