Participate in this workshop about mental health and change making

Tuesday 29 August, Midday to 2pm

Join Esme for a workshop exploring the relationship between mental health and change making.

Together we will use creative techniques, tasks, and discussion to discover how creativity can be used to support our mental health as well as be used to harness and elevate our voices of change. The workshop will end with the group painting posters and statements that reflect the change they want to see in the world.

All are welcome to this welcome to this workshop whether you are passionate about change, mental health, community, or creativity! No previous creative experience needed, just a willingness and curiosity to explore these themes with a group.

Come along to think and learn about how the power of creativity and art can be used to make change and heal.
