Compost What’s Left is a funny, tender and gloriously inventive new play that weaves fresh folklore into our everyday world.

Lovers at odds over whether their bond should be preserved or allowed to change. Neighbours embroiled in a tomato scandal. An extraordinary journey to offer up the most precious thing you own. And friends who wonder whether composting cash counts as a tax write-off…

What if there were somewhere you could leave behind your first love, that last cup of tea you shared, or the sound of your brother’s laugh?

Would you trust it to return?

Zoo Co X Boundless Young Company is a free to attend creative programme for 16-21 year olds in South London. A year of workshops, a residential and a summer intensive, where we come together to create a brand new show with a writer and a team of creatives.

Lex Advisory Group

Lex is an award-winning director, facilitator, and movement practitioner whose work centres an embodied approach to creating that is care-led and collaboration-focused. They are passionate about Queering theatre practice, with embedded care and sustainability at the core of their process. Many of the projects they have worked on to date centre queer and trans voices and experiences, and they are interested in work that empowers and platforms those whose lived experiences are underrepresented in the arts.

Coral Wylie Writer

Coral (they/them) is a writer, performer and theatre maker from West London. Their work finds its voice in the natural world (most often bugs..), playing in the overlaps of science and art.

Coral is a founding member of the Bush Theatre’s Young Company, a graduate of the Bush Theatre’s Emerging Writers’ Group and an alumnus of Soho Theatre Writers Lab. Their first full length play ENTOMOLOGY was longlisted for the Tony Craze Award in 2022. Lavender, Hyacinth, Violet, Yew was shortlisted for the Alfred Fagon Award in 2023; before premiering at the Bush in February 2025 as Wylie’s professional playwriting debut.

Flo O’Mahoney Co-Director

Flo is a theatre director, facilitator and Artistic Director at Zoo Co, a multi-award winning theatre company based in Croydon.

Recent credits include: Perfect Show For Rachel (Winner: OFFIE, Oxford Samuel Beckett Theatre Trust Award, Barbican, Brighton Festival, ILT Festival and UK tour), Rumple (BYMT workshop), Life Game (R+D – Improbable and Good Chance), Deaf Republic (Royal Court – Creative Access Consultant), The View (Seven Dials Playhouse) Night Shift (London Borough of Culture), Follow the Signs (Associate Director, Soho Theatre), Messy (UK tour), Sirens (Greenwich Theatre + UK tour, winner of Three Week’s Editor’s Choice Award) and Manimals (Sold out UK run, Canadian digital tour).

Pavlos Christodoulou Co-Director

Pav joined Boundless Theatre in 2020 as a one day a week finance administrator. 4 years later he rejoined the company as Creative Director and Co-CEO. Pav has had a squiggly creative career, working as an artist, director and artist-trainer in professional and community settings.

His artistic practice focuses on interactive and game-based encounters between audience members, as well as sound and audio. Alongside his work at Boundless he is currently producing a BBC Radio 4 commission.

Pav as a Cypriot South Londoner cares a lot about community. He is motivated by bringing transparency and connectedness in his work and professional life. He believes in the power of third space, listening and grass roots organising as the basis for meaningful community arts practice.
