“Being a part of the Advisory Group has really opened my eyes to all the possibilities within the arts industry.”
The Boundless Advisory Group is at the heart of everything we do. To keep us in check and to ensure we are being ambitious with our plans we have advisors made up of 15 to 25 year olds from across the UK and who are drawn from different backgrounds and with a range of interests
Our Advisors meet with us regularly to share with us what they think about the world, and the work that we create. We talk about big ideas, attend events and discuss what excites us most about being young today. In return we offer mentoring, support for creative projects and resources that build resilience. We have a dedicated budget that is spent by the Advisory Group directly each year and are always looking for new ways to break down boundaries between arts organisations and young people.
2023 Advisory Group Recruitment
We are looking for 15–25-year-olds across the UK to join the Boundless Advisory Group. You might be interested in volunteering, arts and creative businesses, youth leadership or charities and activism.
Everything we do is co-created at Boundless and our Advisory Group is at the heart of this approach, driving new ideas and our programme of high-quality arts activity.
If you’re looking to invest your time and expertise in a leading arts charity, we ask for a minimum of 30 hours across the next year, joining monthly meetings and seeing or discussing other Boundless work.
You can be based anywhere in the UK, and we don’t need you to be theatre obsessed either. We want people who have opinions on a wide range of issues facing young adults and how organisations like Boundless can support more people through cultural and creative activity.
“Now is the perfect time to be part of a collective working to bring young people’s voices closer to the inner workings of a major theatre company and I feel proud to have been a part of that fantastic work.”
Who are we looking for?
The work at Boundless is varied and adapts to the needs of our diverse community of 15- to 25-year-olds. We are looking to recruit an equally diverse group. You don’t need to have a role in the creative industry, but rather an interest in either:
