National Youth Theatre are bringing ‘Empowered Storytelling’ to Rewire: take control of your narrative with story telling and devising.
Created for and by young people, Rewire is an exciting day of workshops and positive conversations exploring mental health on Saturday 24 February. The day will be filled with participatory experiences, projects and workshops to ensure you leave feeling uplifted and rewired.
National Youth Theatre is a pioneering youth arts charity that nurtures creative expression, personal well-being and skills development, engaging thousands of young people aged 11- 30 around the UK every year.
I am a Young person Arts & Theatre Practitioner, specialising in Safeguarding, Mental Health & Wellbeing and Trauma Informed Practice. I work for NYT as the Playing Up and Wellbeing Project Manager.
